01Nature of Services
NinonepixGlobal Private Limited provides custom professional services. Because our work is bespoke and time-bound, refund eligibility is governed by the stage of engagement at which a cancellation or dispute arises.
02Cancellation by Client

03Cancellation by NinonepixGlobal
If we cancel a project due to our inability to deliver (force majeure, resource constraints), a full refund of any advance paid for undelivered work will be processed within 10 business days.
04Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. International refunds may take additional time depending on the client's bank and applicable FEMA regulations.
05Disputes
If you believe a deliverable does not meet the agreed scope, raise a dispute within 7 days of delivery by writing to hello@ninonepixglobal.com. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Our goal is always resolution — not escalation.
06Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs (licensed assets, tools, domain registrations, hosting) are non-refundable
- Rush fees and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable once work has commenced
